It is mainly used for the free-forging production of shafts, rings, cylinders, cakes, square billets, and other forgings of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The forging products are widely used in nuclear power, energy, petrochemical, aerospace, shipbuilding, military industry, and other fields.
Characteristics of fast free-forging hydraulic press with manipulator
- The double-column prestressed composite frame structure and variable tension multi-tie rod pre-tightening technology increase the hydraulic press’s overall rigidity, stability, and fatigue resistance, improve the frame’s fatigue resistance life, and double the eccentric forging range.
- The adaptive rotation of the articulated rocker reduces the rigid constraint of the main plunger on the movable crossbeam and the horizontal force on the cylinder guide sleeve seal, extending the service life of the seal and guide.
- The deformation of the column guide surface of the high-rigidity frame is greatly reduced, which can effectively reduce the guide gap between the column and the movable crossbeam. Adjusting the combined movable crossbeam makes it better to ensure that the column and the column guide plate remain in close contact.
- The pressure and position double closed-loop control system is adopted to achieve precise speed and position control; it reduces firings, energy consumption, and the dimensional accuracy of forgings and material utilization.
- According to different forging processes, different speeds, different pressures, graded energy-saving forging, and deformation speed-controlled forging can be selected, with a working speed of up to 160mm/s.
- At the same time, we developed a matching new structure of a full hydraulic rail forging manipulator, which has the advantages of fast response, high control accuracy, reverse no backlash transmission, etc., and cooperated with the forging process to improve the forging quality greatly.
